Are the cufflinks sold in pairs or do I have to order 2?
All cufflinks are sold in pairs.

How do I return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the cufflinks and you will be fully reimbursed. Please contact us by email at info@gemellicamicia.it

How long do I have to return an item?
You can return an item within 14 days from the delivery date.

How long will the refund take?
It will take 14 days to refund the purchase from the day we receive the return.

Shipping and packaging


How do you ship the cufflinks?
We ship with Poste standard (6-15 working days) at 5.99 €. If you need a faster delivery you can select the courier option at 9,99 €. Delivery with courier takes 3-4 working days and it is tracked.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs with regular mail are always 5.99 €. If you would like a faster shipping by courier, you can select that option (9,99 €).

Do you pack the cufflinks in a gift box?
The cufflinks are shipped in a small silver box, simple and polished and perfect for all occasions and we use bubble-wrap envelopes for the shipping.

How long will it take to receive the cufflinks?
It depends on the shipping option you’ve selected at checkout. With regular mail, the cufflinks will be delivered in 6-15 working days from shipping; on the other hand, with courier you will receive your cufflinks within 3-4 working days.

Where will I receive my cufflinks?
At checkout, we will ask you to specify your shipping address which can be different from your billing address. In case of a gift, for example, you can give us a shipping address which differs from the billing address.

What if I have put the wrong address?
In that case, the cufflinks will usually be sent back to the sender and it may take quite a bit.

How do I know if my order has been received and if it’s being processed correctly?
At the end of your purchase process you will receive your order reference number. You will also receive an email at the address you gave us during registration with a summary of your purchase.

Do you create custom cufflinks?
Yes, we create custom cufflinks in several materials (silver, bronze, steel) engraved with your initials, a logo, a design or anything else you might want. You can see some examples of our personalized cufflinks on this page. Contact us with your ideas, we’ll be happy to help you!

How do I create my account?
Click on “Start Session” and enter your email address.

Is it necessary to be registered?
Yes, but you can do it directly at checkout.

What are the advantages of being registered?
You won’t have to enter your details to buy again. Moreover, if you wish, you will receive emails with coupon codes for your future purchases.

How can I modify my account details?
Go to “My Account”, there you will be able to modify or delete your details.

I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you forgot your password, click on “My Account”. You will find the link “Have you forgotten your password?”.
